In heavy rotation around here as we try to eat our way through the pantry before we move
Serves two
1⁄4 cup chia seeds
1⁄4 cup canned mango
3⁄4 cups coconut milk
Stir together and let sit for 30 minutes.
Add fruit on top if desired. More mango for me. Kiwi is also yummy.
Now, what do I do with three kilos of oats?!?
You make flapjack, or porridge bars and eat them non stop haha. Love a good chia pudding though, must get some mango in!
